Supporting Departments

Rutgers WPF Pakistan has following supporting departments:

1. Advocacy

Advocacy Department of Rutgers WPF is mainly focused on initiating advocacy related interventions of all ongoing programmes and project at the international level - especially with regards to Commission on Population and Development, and at the local level – by strengthening our involvement in national Alliances.

2. Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Research (PMER)

Rutgers WPF Pakistan has an interactive planning, monitoring & evaluation system in place which determines and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of programmes objectives and targets. PMER department works in close collaboration with Rutgers WPF Programmes for planning and tracking progress on annual operational plans (AOPs) with certain tools applicable to specific stages of project planning, monitoring & evaluation.

3. IT & Knowledge Management (KM)

IT & Knowledge Management department is reponsible to improve capacity of Rutgers WPF and its Implementing Parteners (IPs) through interactive and virtual information system of reporting, monitoring of SRHR issues, process and outcomes of its programmes. The department is also focussed on managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support in event management, developing a mechanism for Rutger WPF’s visibility, managing social media networks and providng assistance to all programmes and projects in developing and disseminating IEC material and communication related activities.

4. Operations

  • Administration: The aim of administration department is to establish, develop, maintain, and communicate office policies throughout the entire company and to represent, help, advise, and consult with the employees, while simultaneously keeping the overall best interests of the company in mind. The organization also plays an important role in maintaining the office and providing support to the Programmes in meeting their goals, office management and tried to do thing as efficiently as possible.
  • Finance: Finance department is responsible to manage incomes and expenses of all programmes an dprojects while adherence of relevant financial policies. Timely submission of financial reports to the respective managers and feedback to implementing partners, timely processing of payments and smooth running of the financial matters can be considered as major outputs of the unit.
  • Human Resource, OD & Partnerships: Human Resource, OD & Patnerships department is responsible to establish, develop, maintain, and communicate office policies throughout the entire company and to represent, help, advise, and consult with the employees, while simultaneously keeping the overall best interests of the company in mind. The department also plays an important role in maintaining the office and providing support to the Programmes in meeting their goals, office management and tried to do thing as efficiently as possible. In partnerships, the department is focused to give a new direction to strong relationship between Rutgers WPF and its Implementing Partners. .
