This flagship programme of Rutgers WPF Pakistan aims to introduce Life Skills Based Education (LSBE) in schools as a tool for the provision of information and skills on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
LSBE provides young people with knowledge, core skills and attitudes to help them make informed decisions, manage their emotions, communicate effectively and practice positive and health-seeking behaviour.
The objective of the SRHR Education Programme is to provide rights based sexual and reproductive health and rights to young boys and girls across Pakistan by creating a positive and conducive environment to exercise these rights. Currently this programme is running the following projects:
- Aagahe se Aagey (Empowering Girls- Transforming Communities)
- Hamara Kal (Rights Driven Institutionalization of SRH Rights in Pakistan)
- National Adolescent Policy Development Framework (NADPF)
